The solution enables issuers to publish “golden source” meeting announcements and agendas directly to investors, providing investors with near real-time ballots, and instant delivery of votes, allowing them more time to engage with issuers.
The deep integration of Proxymity with State Street’s operational teams will enable the firm to extend voting deadlines for its clients while enhancing transparency, accuracy, and speed, all in compliance with current regulations.
