Bouwinvest strengthens business development with Jordy Kleemans and Michiel Boonen
Jordy Kleemans and Michiel Boonen have been appointed as Business Development Managers within the Client Management department at Bouwinvest. In their new roles, they will be responsible for the growth of entrusted capital for existing funds under management and new products.
Bouwinvest currently manages five Dutch sector funds primarily for Dutch pension funds and insurers. Additionally, it manages three international mandates for bpfBOUW. With a focus on future developments and the diversity of customer needs, Bouwinvest plans to diversify its product offering.
Jordy Kleemans joins from Savills, where he served as Head of Data, Intelligence & Strategy (DIS). He was responsible for consultancy activities, optimizing and managing research activities, and data development. Jordy previously gained experience at Annexum and Troostwijk.
Michiel Boonen previously worked at Colliers, where he held the positions of Director Retail Capital Markets and Head of Retail Practice Group EMEA. In this role, he was responsible for the guidance of buying and selling retail properties in the Netherlands. He also facilitated better connections between countries and service lines within the EMEA region, resulting in more uniform service and improved customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Michiel worked as a Business Development Lead at JLL and as an Associate Director Research at Cushman & Wakefield.
