ABN Amro IS names Martin Stolker deputy chief investment officer

ABN Amro Investment Solutions, the asset management arm of Dutch banking group ABN Amro, has appointed Martin Stolker as deputy chief investment officer (CIO). Stolker, currently head of manager research, will work alongside Christophe Boucher, who took on the role of CIO in January.  

 

ABN Amro Investment Solutions, the asset management arm of Dutch banking group ABN Amro, has appointed Martin Stolker as deputy chief investment officer (CIO). Stolker, currently head of manager research, will work alongside Christophe Boucher, who took on the role of CIO in January.  

Stolker joined the company in 2010 and became head of manager selection in 2019. Chloé de Calatchi, formerly a senior operational due diligence analyst, has been named head of manager selection. ABN Amro IS aims to expand its European ESG offering and become the leading sustainable multimanager and sub-advisory platform in continental Europe. 

Other internal changes include Sophie Chauveau focusing on European equities, leaving her Asian and emerging market equities role to Laurent Bouin, who previously covered global and thematic equities. In November 2022, ABN Amro IS partnered with BNP Paribas to provide dealing and middle office outsourcing services connected via BlackRock’s Aladdin software.
