Global advisory and broking firm WTW has announced the appointment of Gaby Joyner as Head of Great Britain, following the retirement of John Ball in August 2023. 

Joyner, who brings 23 years of experience with the company, currently serves as the Head of WTW’s Employee Experience business for Europe, a role she will continue while taking on additional responsibilities as Head of Great Britain. 

In her new position, Gaby Joyner will not only represent WTW externally at a corporate level but also support business leaders and colleagues in Great Britain in the growth and retention of key clients and prospects. This dual role leverages her expertise in enhancing employee experience and engagement, making her well-suited to lead one of WTW’s largest and strategically significant geographic markets.
