Long brings experience from her previous roles at Axa Investment Managers and Schroders, where she focused on thematic and sustainable equities. Based in London, she will serve as a client-facing representative for Federated Hermes, working on various strategies including Sustainable Global Equity, Impact Opportunities, SDG Engagement, and Biodiversity.  

Her appointment underscores Federated Hermes’ commitment to delivering responsible investment solutions and meeting the growing demand for sustainable and impact investing.
